    Please carefully read Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd listed Terms and Conditions:

      Responsibility and Supervision:

    • I do not hold ‘Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd’ or any of its staff responsible for any adverse event that may occur during my classes.

    • I understand that I am responsible for myself / my child throughout all classes, and that I / my child are not in the care of Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd at any point in time.

    • If I am enrolling on behalf of a child who is not in my guardianship, I understand that by completing this form and listing myself as the primary contact, I am accepting responsibility for any associated accounts.

      • Fees, Bookings, and Payments:

    • I have read, understood, and agree to the fees, class types, and membership tier I am enrolling in.

    • I understand that lessons are paid in block memberships, for memberships of a year, semester, or term, not per individual class.

    • I understand and will ensure that full payment (or part payment where a payment plan has been approved) is required upon receipt of the invoice in advance of classes.

    • I take full responsibility for all casual class booking, which must be arranged and paid in advance upon booking and receipt of the invoice.

    • I understand that entry to class may be refused if the invoice is not paid in full or if no approved payment plan has been arranged.

    • I understand an administration fee of $30 may be added to overdue invoices.

    • I understand that bookings are only secured once payment has been received.

    • I understand that payment plans are available for year memberships only, incur a $30 administration fee, and require half the fee to be paid upon receipt of invoice to secure the booking, with the remaining half due within one month.

      • Attendance and Missed Classes:

    • I understand that any booking reserves a class time for attendance, excluding any other student bookings.

    • I understand that classes continue as usual and the studio is open on Long Weekends & Public Holidays.

    • Once a term has commenced, time slots cannot be changed.

    • I understand that 24-hour notice is requested for any classes unable to be attended.

    • I understand that classes are limited to the times offered, and no alternatives offered for missed classes - ie. no catch-ups.

      • Online Classes:

    • I understand that if attendance in person is not possible, an online class may be arranged.

    • I take responsibility for providing a suitable home set-up, device and internet connection for online lessons.

    • I understand that if the Studio offers or arranges an online class for a scheduled lesson, no catch-up class will be provided.

      • Learning Resources:

    • I understand that all learning resources are separate costs from class bookings, and payment for these is due upon receipt of the invoice.

    • I accept responsibility for payment of any books and resources purchased for classes.

      • Health and Safety:

    • I understand that if unwell, or suspected unwell, with presenting symptoms or not, I will cancel the class or arrange to have an online class.

    • I understand that a class may be cancelled or entry may be refused due to illness, at the discretion of a staff member, to protect the health and safety of the staff and student community.

    • I am aware that online classes are available for convenience, flexibility and continuity, and I take responsibility for giving appropriate notice to arrange this and organising the home set-up.

    • I understand that if the Studio offers or arranges an online class due to illnes, for a scheduled lesson, no catch-up class will be provided.

      • Communication:

    • I understand that all class communication, updates, reminders, changes, invoices and notices will be delivered through email and/or WhatsApp.

    • I take responsibility for checking messages and notifications sent via these channels.

    • I will ensure my contact details remain up to date to avoid missed information.

    • I understand that class time is reserved for teaching.

    • For individual or paired lessons, lesson-related communication may occur during the student’s allocated time or via email. For group lessons, all lesson-related communication occurs via email only.

      • Membership Terms:

    • Studio memberships are binding, non-refundable, and remain active until their expiry date, being the end date of the selected Membership Tier.

    • Year Memberships are eligible from Term 1.

    • Semester Memberships are eligible from Term 1 and Term 3.

      • Communication and Privacy:

    • I agree for ‘Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd’ to use my details for class bookings and subsequent subscription updates, which I can cancel at any time.

    • I agree to the Privacy Policy listed on this website.

    • If I have any questions regarding the studio policies, it is my responsibility to contact Music Lessons With Rose Pty Ltd in writing for clarification.
